[2] If an Order pursuant to s.58 of the NEB Act is granted, a Company is exempted from the requirement of having to obtain a Certificate under s. 52 of the NEB Act. If a s. 58 exemption Order is not granted, a Company will need to apply for a s. 52 Certificate.
