   The Short-Term Canadian Natural Gas Deliverability EMA, being released in the Spring of 2010, will examine factors expected to influence Canadian natural gas production over the three-year period and provide an outlook for gas deliverability through to December 2012.

This Energy Briefing Note will review emerging trends in large energy using industries in Canada and discuss implications for energy demand outlooks. Issues considered include economics, regulation, and technology. This analysis draws on key messages gathered during the NEB's 2009 Reference Case industrial consultations.
