Extension of the Comment Period
On 9 February 2009, the National Energy Board sent a letter to all interested stakeholders on the Proposed Damage Prevention Regulations and Draft Guidance Notes, February 2009 seeking written comments by 20 March 2009.
On 19 February 2009, the Board decided to extend the time to provide comments on both the Land Matters Consultation Initiative Draft Final Report and on the Draft Principles to 31 March 2009.
On 26 February 2009, the Board received a letter from an interested stakeholder requesting an extension of the deadline for comments on the Proposed Damage Prevention Regulations and Draft Guidance Notes, February 2009.
Therefore, the Board has decided to extend the comment period on the Proposed Damage Prevention Regulations and Draft Guidance Notes, February 2009 to Monday, 20 April 2009.
