Dear Sir or Madam:

Focus on Safety and Environment Report - Request for 2007 Performance Data

The NEB published the 2000-2006 Focus on Safety and Environment report in July 2008 and is now requesting 2007 data for the 2000-2007 report. To improve reporting capabilities, the NEB has developed a data submission survey. As this survey enhances data collection capabilities the NEB requests replacement of outdated data input forms.

Definitions for the required safety and environment performance data are included in the reporting survey.

Please submit the performance data requested to the NEB by 31 October 2008 using the 'Finish' button on the survey. Performance data which is submitted may also be saved for your records by using the 'Save' button on the survey. Any additional comments outside the capacity of the survey can be sent to the undersigned via e-mail to performanceindicators@neb-one.gc.ca.
