First of all I want to congratulate the National Energy Board for 50 years of outstanding service to Canadians. I think the NEB has set a gold standard when it comes to being a regulatory agency in this country. At balancing often the complex needs around bringing energy on in a reliable fashion and meeting the needs of stakeholders. I only hear really good things about the NEB since I've been here at NRCan (Natural Resources Canada). In terms of challenges that the NEB will face over its next 50 years I think things have changed considerably since 1959 when it comes to issues around the environment, land use, just balancing the economy and the environment is something I think is going to be a key challenge and again continuing to ensure that we have a really excellent competitiveness situation in Canada for bringing on energy which we need, but bringing it on in a way that's cleaner and that serves the needs of Canadians in the best way possible.
