Hi. My name is Frank Parasotto. I worked in the Financial Regulatory Branch from 1981 to 1991 and one of the funniest experiences was the time when we had to go out to do an audit in Calgary, and one of our colleagues, Allen, I won't give you his last name cause I don't know if that's fair or not, but anyway, he somehow missed the flight and we were looking for him for about two or three days and, what the hell happened to him? Well, you know, he finally showed up about three days later and we're all conducting the audit out there and said "Allen, what happened to ya?" "I missed the flight." "And, well, why didn't you catch the next flight or whatever?". And he said, "Well, I don't know" he says, "I don't know what happened," he says "but by the time I got organized I guess it was three days later" and he said "well hey that's the way to go, you know, if you can get a deal like that, all the best." Ciao, happy birthday NEB.
