Hello I'm Richard Graw and I had the privilege and the pleasure of working at the National Energy Board from about 1983 to 1993. It was one of the best times of my career and it was a, fun time in the energy industry in Canada, that was when we were going through all sorts of deregulation and it was a very intense time. Those were some of the good days and the good things that we had, a real camaraderie, good collegial spirit within the group, and it was just a total pleasure to be working at the Board during those good days. And so to the National Energy Board, happy birthday to you, and thank you for the opportunity to be with you.
