Hi, my name is Rock Marois, and I'm President of Intragaz. We manage natural gas storage sites in Quebec. I'd like to start by wishing the National Energy Board a very happy anniversary. Fifty years is very impressive! The Board can be proud. It is an organization with a reputation of being highly professional and effective. In my many years working in the energy industry I have worked extensively with the Board, and all my contacts have been truly professional. As a Canadian, I am very proud of this organization.
I believe that the Board should continue its excellent work in the future. It does so many good things. The challenges before us will require the Board to be flexible, given the difficulty today in making long-term predictions - so many things are changing, both in Canada and beyond our borders. I encourage the Board to be as flexible as it can to adapt to new realities. Thank you.
