National Energy Board presents Canada's Winter Energy Outlook
The National Energy Board (NEB) will hold a technical briefing to discuss Canada's winter energy outlook on Thursday, 30 October 2008 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. It will include a short presentation by NEB technical experts followed by a question and answer session.
Media outside of Calgary are invited to join the presentation through teleconference. To register, please contact Tara O'Donovan, at the coordinates below, by 4:00 p.m. (MDT) 29 October.
This technical briefing will present the outlook for supply and storage as well as price pressures for Canada's major energy markets of oil, natural gas and electricity.

The NEB is an independent federal agency that regulates several parts of Canada's energy industry. Its purpose is to promote safety and security, environmental protection, and efficient energy infrastructure and markets in the Canadian public interest, within the mandate set by Parliament in the regulation of pipelines, energy development and trade.
