National Energy Board to Release Mackenzie Gas Project Reasons for Decision

The National Energy Board will release the Mackenzie Gas Project Reasons for Decision on 16 December 2010 at 2:30 pm (Calgary time).

The Reasons for Decision is the document which sets out the NEB's decision to approve or deny the Mackenzie Gas Project applications and explains the reasoning behind the decision. Copies of the Reasons for Decision document are being delivered to those communities in the Northwest Territories that participated in the NEB hearings on or shortly after the date of release. The report will be available in a printed format or on DVD.

The report will be available on the National Energy Board's website at http://www.neb-one.gc.ca/clf-nsi/rthnb/pplctnsbfrthnb/mcknzgsprjct/rfd/rfd-eng.html (this link will only be available on 16 December 2010 at 2:30 pm (Calgary time)) and at the following locations:
