Change in Ownership

The NEB has developed the following application form for those applicants who wish to apply for leave of the Board to transfer Board-regulated assets. This application form is appropriate when:

• you plan to convey (sell or otherwise transfer), lease or purchase a Board-regulated pipeline, in whole or in part;
• you plan to purchase a pipeline that will move into the Board's jurisdiction;
• a company with a Board-regulated pipeline plans to amalgamate with any other company; or
• any of the above have already occurred without leave of the Board.
