Amendment to Service Standards for Short-term Export and Import Orders

RE: Amendment to Service Standards for Short-term Export and Import Orders – Oil and Petroleum Products, Natural Gas Liquids, and Natural Gas

The Board would like to draw attention to a change to its service standards for Short-term Export and Import Orders for crude oil and petroleum products, natural gas liquids and natural gas.

Service standards are as follows: (change is asterisk)

Short-term export orders for oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids – two working days*
Natural gas import orders – two working days*

*Non-routine applications that may have broader policy implications are not subject to these service standards. Applicants whose application falls into this category will be notified within two working days.
