Pipeline Integrity, Pigging, and Integrity Management of Sour Service Pipelines Workshops

The National Energy Board (NEB) is once again partnering with the B.C. Oil and Gas Commission (OGC), the Saskatchewan Ministry of Energy and Resources (ER), and the Manitoba Public Utilities Board (MPUB) to deliver workshops on pipeline integrity management programs and pipeline pigging. Certain workshops will also include a third day, which will cover integrity management of sour service pipelines.

The purpose of the integrity workshops is to discuss the current state of the industry, to outline the elements of an effective integrity management plan, to discuss regulatory requirements and to have an open forum about industry best practices. The pigging forum will allow participants to share best practices regarding existing pipeline inspections that use pigging, as well as guidelines for making further improvements to effective pigging programs.

Workshops have already been held in Fort St. John, Victoria, and Winnipeg, and will soon be taking place in Regina, Estevan, Fort St. John, Edmonton and Calgary.

The sessions are open to all interested parties, but attendance will be capped at 75 participants per session. Please RSVP by filling out the form below.
