The National Energy Board has issued a letter to all companies directing them to file both a hard copy and an electronic copy of their Emergency Procedures Manual (EPM). This is an administrative change that replaces the current practice of companies filing three hard copies of their respective EPMs. In addition, the Board now requires companies to file an updated EPM annually by April 1, or send a letter advising that no updates are required. For more details, please review the letter to companies.
